Leadership Education
Freshman Year — Self-Discovery & Foundations of Leadership
Students build the basics: self-awareness, integrity, communication, respect, learning agility, vision, collaboration, and resilience — through a Leadership 101 workshop series.
Sophomore Year — Expanding Leadership & Personal Growth
Students explore career paths and networking, financial literacy, community service, and health & wellness through hands-on workshops, including mock interviews and a fall fundraiser networking event.

Junior Year — Leadership in Action
Students plan, execute, and reflect on their own community service project — from identifying a need, to organizing logistics, to measuring their impact.
Senior Year — Mentorship & Teaching Leadership
Seniors give back by mentoring younger students or co-facilitating workshops, passing on what they've learned to the next generation of Warriors.
Every year culminates in an End-of-Year Celebration in March, where students showcase their community projects, earn awards, and celebrate their growth in front of family, mentors, and the SPUT community.
